Supported Housing

• Carrying out a review of whether appropriate tenancies and licenses were being used by a major midlands housing association in its supported housing projects.
• Writing a housing management procedure manual for a support provider that was setting up new supported housing schemes.


• Re-writing the choice based allocations scheme for a local authority and partner housing associations to ensure that it complied with Part VI of the Housing Act 1996 whilst also meeting local needs.
•Carrying out an evaluation of the implementation of a new choice based lettings scheme for a local authority and partner housing associations.


• Writing an initial homelessness strategy for a large midlands local authority
• Writing the initial five year Supporting People strategy for a large midlands local authority


• Quality audits of homelessness files and decision making for local authorities
